Good morning everyone!
I had my last watercolour class in December 2024 and told the class that I was taking January and February of 2025 off for a break. But as of today, February 1st, I’ve had the craziest January that I’m thinking that I won’t get back to teaching at this time. My mother had been in long term care for six years and I got word that she was fading. I spent every day with her till the end. No matter how much you think you’re ready for that day, you never really are. And during all this time I’ve been dealing with a few medical issues as well.
Needless to say I’m feeling overwhelmed and haven’t been very creative lately. So I need time to get myself back in order, both mentally and physically. I will post other art related posts going forward and hopefully the journey will look more creative.
